Overview
Your HRIS as the single source of truth.
HiBob (bob) is the HRIS of record for many of Introist’s customers. Connecting it to Introist means employee, org, and time-off data flows into every workflow automatically, so HR never has to re-enter the same information across onboarding, offboarding, and everyday people-ops tasks.
How It Works
One connection, always up to date.
Introist connects to HiBob through a service account, and reads employee, organizational, and time-off data directly from its API. Introist listens for lifecycle events — a new hire being added, a role change, a leaver being set — so downstream workflows always run against current data, not a stale export.
