Onboarding Platform

Model your onboarding once. The platform runs it from offer acceptance through the end of probation.

Summary

  • Set up onboarding once. It runs itself from there.
  • New hires onboard through their own AI assistant or Slack, with no new portal to learn.
  • Managers get live status on their team's onboarding just by asking.
  • Optional automatic follow-ups keep stalled steps moving.
  • Built on proven onboarding practice, made to work well with AI.

How It Works

Set up your onboarding once. It runs reliably for every new hire.

This isn’t a separate tool you feed random tasks into. You lay out your whole onboarding process once: a welcome message three weeks before the start date, equipment and access ordered in time, orientation sessions booked with the right people, paperwork collected before day one. That plan becomes the one place everyone works from.

You don’t need to decide, step by step, what gets automated. If something can run on its own, it does. If it can’t yet, the plan still shows who owns it and where it stands, so nothing depends on someone remembering. HR, the manager, and the new hire each use that same plan in whatever way suits them: through an AI assistant, or a simple screen.

Agents First

New hires can go through onboarding using their own AI assistant.

New hires don’t have to log into yet another portal on their first day. They can go through onboarding right inside whatever they already use to work, whether that’s their own AI assistant or a tool like Slack, instead of learning new software before they’ve even started.

Managers get the same ease. Instead of checking a dashboard, they can just ask their AI assistant how onboarding is going across their team: who’s in progress, what’s still open, and who’s responsible for it. They get an answer right away.

You can also turn on automatic follow-ups that chase open steps forward on their own, nudging a stalled access request or an outstanding approval, or leave that work for your team to handle by hand. Either way, the plan stays the same. Only who’s driving it changes.
