Overview
A home for the tasks your workflows create.
Many of Introist’s customers run internal IT, People, and other cross-functional work through Linear rather than a dedicated ticketing tool. Connecting Linear means any task a workflow needs handled — provisioning a laptop, updating a system, following up on a request — shows up automatically as an issue assigned to the right team, whatever process triggered it.
How It Works
Introist creates the work, Linear tracks it.
Introist creates issues in Linear for the tasks a workflow needs done, and reads back their status and completion — so once the assigned team finishes the work in Linear, the workflow can automatically move on to its next step.

In Practice
Onboarding
When a new hire's start date is confirmed, Introist creates a Linear issue for IT to provision a laptop and accounts, assigned with a due date before day one.
Offboarding
When someone's last day is confirmed, Introist creates a Linear issue to revoke access and collect equipment, and waits for it to be marked done before closing out the record.
Getting Started
Set up once, then let it run.
Introist connects to Linear via API key, scoped to the team and workspace needed for the workflows you enable. Most customers start with a single high-value workflow, then expand Linear automation to other cross-functional tasks as needed.
