Overview
Meet people where they already work.
Slack is the default communication surface for most of Introist’s customers. Rather than emailing a new hire something they won’t open until their second week, or asking employees to log into HR software they rarely use, Introist delivers messages, forms, and channel actions directly into Slack — as a DM or a channel post.
How It Works
Two-way — send messages, read the responses.
Introist sends messages, interactive forms, and manages channels directly in Slack, and reads back the interactions that matter — a button click or a form submission — so a workflow can continue without anyone manually checking whether someone responded.

In Practice
Onboarding
The moment a new hire's start date is confirmed, Introist sends them a welcome DM with their first-week checklist and creates a private channel for their onboarding buddy.
Offboarding
When someone's last day is set, Introist removes them from role-specific channels and posts a heads-up to their manager.
Getting Started
Set up once, then let it run.
Introist connects to Slack via a workspace app install, scoped to the channels and permissions needed for the workflows you enable. Most customers start with onboarding messages and simple channel setup, then expand into forms and questions as needed.
